It’s going to be the storm of the year! Batten down the hatches, stock up on milk and bread! Cancel schools! Ohmygodthestormiscoming!!!!!

This is my yard around 10am Wednesday morning. The storm was forecast to hit around midday. My intention was to repeat this picture every few hours to chronicle the accumulating snow.

Here’s the yard again, 11 hrs later. So much for 7-12″, it’s more like 2-3″…
