With the crazy back-to-back 15 hr days Veronica had on Monday and Tuesday, she was in no mood to cook dinner on Wednesday. So in honor of Cinco de Mayo, she picked up Mexican on the way home from DB’s karate class.  Of course, we had to have margaritas with dinner
