Tuesday evening a couple of friends and I walked to the Fells Point area of Baltimore and found a little place called Max’s Tap House.  Max’s has 80+ beers on tap and even more than that available bottled.

Just about a year ago, this same conference that I’m attending in Baltimore this week was held in Seattle, WA.  Veronica came with me and our friends Emmy and her husband Garbonzo drove up from their neck of the woods to meet us and spend a few days together.  In Seattle we found a place called The Tap Room, which had even more beers on tap than Max’s Tap House.  With that memory in mind, I figured that it was only fitting that I text Emmy a picture of what I was drinking Tuesday evening.  Especially since with the time zone difference, she was likely still at work.  ‘Cause that’s the kind of friend I am

I texted her “I’m having a chocolate stout” along with this picture

I guess she didn’t mind me teasing her at work, she just replied “Yum!!”

While I was there I noticed a display case on the wall with several t-shirts.  This one made me smile!
