Fireworks Picture Spectacular!

Before the show even started, I got some pretty cool pictures! Directly behind this rainbow appeared late in the evening.

Would you believe that this picture is straight-out-of-camera, no editing?

The 4 brights spots at the middle of the image are F-15 Eagles doing their flyover at the end of The Star Spangled Banner

And here are some of my favorite pictures of the fireworks. I learned pretty quickly that getting good pictures of fireworks is not that easy and I never got any pictures that I really love. But still, these aren’t too bad, if I may say so myself!

The sunset picture was fabulous!
And i like the last one – the fireworks, the smoke, and the silhouettes of the spectators. Great shot!

Oh, and I’ve decided I’m too impatient for fireworks shots. I took about 100 – and hated all but maybe three. I think I’ll just watch them next year.

I can just imagine how cool it must be to be in Boston for the Fourth of July!! The pics are fantastic and that sunset sky was just amazing. Glad you and the boy had a great time!
