A short while later, we received the Crystal Delights butt plug in the mail.  Isn’t it pretty? The plug is 3 1/2″ long overall, 3″ insertable, the stem is 3/4″ wide and it’s 1 3/8″ at the widest point.  A nice size, but not too big for the anal novice (unlike Veronica, my little anal slut ).  I should mention that since these are hand-made, they won’t all be exactly the same size; ours is slightly shorter and narrower at the widest point but thicker through the stem than the specs given on the product website.

The plug is made out of solid glass, so it’s easy to clean (10% bleach solution, boil for 3-5 minutes or wash in top rack of dishwasher with no soap) and is compatible with both water- and silicone-based lubes.  I’m sure that this plug will become a regular part of our anal play!
