Years ago we invested in a chest freezer, Veronica keeps it well-stocked with meals she prepares on the weekends then packages in single- and double serving containers. In addition to the pasta sauce, chili, and other misc items, Sunday afternoon she added 2 trays of chicken enchiladas to the freezer 
I think I should de-frost it one of these days…
Veronica discovered a few bananas that were getting a bit over-ripe when we returned from our NYC trip this weekend, so she used them to make some banana bread. And added some chocolate chips, for good measure
I got back to my hotel room around 8:30 Monday evening after 9 hours spent mostly on my feet and in less-than-comfortable dress shoes. For a while I waffled back and forth about whether I really wanted to go for a walk, but there was something on my mind that I just had to have.
